February is American Heart Month, and a time to raise awareness to the leading cause of death to men and women in the US. Many companies are using this time to show their support of Heart Month and take a stand against heart disease.
HSN has announced that HSN cares will be joining Diet Coke for a month of promotions to help The Heart Truth campaign. American Heart Month is also known as Red Dress Month, noting that heart disease is the #1 killer of women in the US. HSN has curated a boutique called the ‘Red Store,’ which includes products from brands such as Coca-Cola, Liz Lange, Joy Mangano, and many more.
In addition, more than 7,000 Walgreens stores will give their customers an opportunity to visit a Diet Coke display and register to win a $10,000 gift card for the month of February.
The Go Red for Women campaign from the American Heart Association is also raising awareness of heart disease this month from their many partners. These national sponsors include: Macy’s, Merck, Campbells, Party City, Quaker, and many more. These companies are raising money for Go Red for Women through February 14.
